Hello! I'm Andrew Sherman, an executive coach on a mission to help leaders shift their mindset to unlock growth and bring about lasting behaviour change. With over two decades of executive-level leadership experience in the marketing service industry, I use an evidence-based and mindset coaching approach to drive results.
Throughout my career, I have witnessed how our beliefs, assumptions, and stories can energise us to achieve greatness or hold us back, limiting our problem-solving abilities, curbing our leadership potential, and impacting our resilience and well-being. That's why I am passionate about helping leaders shift their mindset to develop a more responsive leadership approach and find ways to sustain their performance over time. This process involves identifying and addressing unhelpful thoughts, biases, and narratives to drive lasting behaviour change.

I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all coaching approach. I understand that each career path is unique, with its own challenges, aspirations, and experiences. This is why I am committed to working collaboratively with you to develop a tailored coaching program rooted in the best practices in psychology, social science, change management, and human performance studies.
In my coaching sessions, I create a safe and confidential partnership for you to do inner work and take a positive approach to enhance your creativity and problem-solving. Additionally, I focus on helping you translate your insights into actionable plans to achieve your goals and leave you with the tools and resources needed to guide success.
My coaching style is approachable, down-to-earth and practical. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to listen deeply, helping clients explore their situations and gain clarity on the work they would like to do in coaching. As a coach, I love helping clients uncover the beliefs and assumptions that cloud their perspective or hold them back from making meaningful changes. My experience as a COO and now as a coach, I bring focus and discipline, enjoy working systemically, and thrive in helping clients navigate complexity.
As your executive coach, I will strive to create the optimal conditions for your learning and growth. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a globally recognised organisation that has established professional standards for coaching practitioners. I have completed over 2,500 professional coaching, attend coaching supervision, and hold two master’s degrees in organisational coaching from CSU and coaching psychology from Sydney University.
