WHO I WORK WITH

I’m Andrew, an executive coach specialising in coaching founders and leaders in media and tech businesses.

 

If you’re leading through growth, building a leadership team, navigating a transition, or simply finding that what used to work no longer does, this is the work I do.

 

My coaching brings together three things that are rarely found in one place: lived experience in senior leadership roles in media and tech, a grounding in coaching psychology (MSc), and over a decade of professional coaching practice. I’m professionally accredited by the International Coaching Federation (PCC) and have worked with over 500 leaders across 65 organisations.

About

I started my career as an advertising strategist, curious about how people think and make decisions. Over time, that curiosity took me into senior leadership — COO and MD roles in media and tech businesses, including within Publicis Groupe. Leading through growth, pressure, and constant change taught me things no qualification can replicate.

 

That experience is part of every coaching conversation — combined with a grounding in coaching psychology that ensures the work goes beyond good conversation.

I came into coaching because leadership effectiveness — in my own experience and in watching others — is rarely about technical knowledge. It's about how leaders respond when certainty is low, emotions are present, and the stakes are high. That's the work.

For over a decade, clients have described a calm, focused approach — someone who listens deeply, challenges constructively, and helps you move from reflection to action. The conversations are practical and grounded in what's actually happening in your business, not abstract models.
