WHO I WORK WITH

In that environment, leadership behaviour compounds faster than ever. The behaviours that don't feel significant in the moment, how you make a decision, whether you name a difficult thing or absorb it, how you respond when someone offers an idea, are compounding constantly. The question isn't whether it's happening. It's whether you know which direction it's running.

This is the work I do. Not new frameworks layered on top of existing patterns. Understanding the internal operating system driving those patterns, helping you shift what drives them at the root, and building small, intentional changes in behaviour, practised consistently, that compound in the right direction.

HOW I WORK

I’m Andrew. A coach who brings together three worlds that compound to help clients get results from coaching: twenty years of practical leadership experience, psychological depth, and a track record of coaching globally across diverse cultures and industries. 

Compounding leadership is something I know from the inside; early in my leadership career, feedback revealed my drive for achievement was coming at a cost to the motivation of those around me. That gap between what I was delivering and what my behaviour was costing became the foundation of why I coach.

Every coaching engagement is built around what the leader in front of me needs, based on three multipliers that can help you compound your leadership:

 

  • Connections Multiplier: Coaching that helps you connect the beliefs and assumptions driving behaviour, making the implicit explicit. Connect what’s inside to how you lead, and everything that follows becomes a choice rather than a reaction. 

 

  • Choice Multiplier: Coaching that helps you develop the capacity to observe unhelpful thoughts and emotions as signals rather than instructions. That practice creates the choice point where, under pressure, intentionality replaces reactivity.

 

  • Consistency Multiplier: Coaching that helps you turn a single choice into a consistent practice. Values-aligned actions practised daily compound into trust, culture, and leadership presence. A choice made consistently becomes identity.
