Most leaders already know what needs to change. The harder problem is the gap between knowing and doing, and that gap doesn't close with new frameworks, new habits, or good intentions layered on top of existing patterns.
Most coaching works from the outside in. My approach goes the other way. Lasting change begins with understanding the internal operating system driving the pattern. The belief or identity that got you here is now quietly working against you.
Change that, and everything compounds: how leaders build trust, create the conditions for others to step up, and shape the culture and systems that enable the team and business to thrive.
My background combines 14 years as an Executive Strategy Director and COO with an MSc in Coaching Psychology. That combination, lived leadership experience and evidence-based practice, means I can meet you in the operational reality where these patterns play out, and help you develop the capacity to shift what drives them at the root.
