HOW I WORK
I’m Andrew. A coach who brings together three worlds that compound to help clients get results from coaching: twenty years of practical leadership experience, psychological depth, and a track record of coaching globally across diverse cultures and industries.
Compounding leadership is something I know from the inside; early in my leadership career, feedback revealed my drive for achievement was coming at a cost to the motivation of those around me. That gap between what I was delivering and what my behaviour was costing became the foundation of why I coach.
