WHO I WORK WITH
Leaders in media, tech, and marketing services are navigating AI disruption, new business models, and sustained uncertainty, forces with no reliable playbook. And underneath all of it, the pressure of being the person others look to for direction when you don't always have it yourself.
In that environment, leadership behaviour compounds faster than ever. The behaviours that don't feel significant in the moment, how you make a decision, whether you name a difficult thing or absorb it, how you respond when someone offers an idea, are compounding constantly. The question isn't whether it's happening. It's whether you know which direction it's running.
This is the work I do. Not new frameworks layered on top of existing patterns. Understanding the internal operating system driving those patterns, helping you shift what drives them at the root, and building small, intentional changes in behaviour, practised consistently, that compound in the right direction.
If that resonates, let's talk.
HOW I WORK
I'm Andrew. A coach with Partner and COO leadership experience in startup and global marketing services, a grounding in coaching psychology, and over a decade of coaching founders and leaders globally. Accredited (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation. Trusted by 500 leaders across 65 organisations globally, with a 4.9/5 satisfaction rating across 1,650 recorded sessions.
Compounding leadership is something I know from the inside; early in my leadership career, feedback revealed my drive for achievement was coming at a cost to the motivation of those around me. That gap between what I was delivering and what my behaviour was costing became the foundation of why I coach.
Change the Code is a coaching programme I have developed over the last decade, built on three principles and designed for founders and leaders in fast-moving organisations:
-
Start Inside. Make Change Stick. The beliefs driving behaviour are made explicit. Shift what's underneath, and everything else follows.
-
Small and Deliberate. Every Day. Small, consistent improvements practised over time compound into leadership that holds and scales.
-
See More. Choose Better. Under pressure, learn to pause, notice your thoughts, and choose how to respond. Intentionality replaces reactivity.
Compounding is already at work in your business. The question is whether you know which direction.
Let's connect to see if there is a good fit.
